Ages 4–12 | A safe, playful, nurturing environment where young ones can heal and grow.

Play Therapy

An evidence-based approach that uses play — children's natural language — to help them express feelings and process experiences.

When it helps:Difficulty expressing emotions, behavioral challenges, trauma, social difficulties, anxiety, family changes.
45-minute sessions, weekly or bi-weekly.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Support

Tailored interventions for communication, social understanding, emotional regulation, and daily living skills.

When it helps:Social communication differences, sensory sensitivities, behavioral challenges, daily living difficulties.
Varies based on individual needs.
Parents receive education about autism and practical strategies for home.

ADHD Behavioral Therapy

Structured interventions to help children with ADHD develop focus, impulse control, and organisational skills.

When it helps:Difficulty paying attention, impulsive behavior, challenges with organisation, low self-esteem.
50-minute sessions, frequency based on needs.
Includes behavioral parent training, individual sessions, and school collaboration.

Social Skills Training

Group and individual interventions to develop skills for successful social interactions.

When it helps:Difficulty making friends, social withdrawal, poor social cue recognition, conflict with peers.
Individual or small group sessions.
Skills taught: Initiating conversations, understanding social cues, turn-taking, managing conflicts.

Anxiety & Worry Management

Support for children experiencing excessive worry, fear, or anxiety through cognitive-behavioral techniques.

When it helps:Separation anxiety, school refusal, social anxiety, specific phobias, excessive worry.
50-minute sessions, typically 8–12 sessions.

Trauma Support for Children

Specialised care for children who have experienced traumatic events using Trauma-Focused CBT and play therapy.

When it helps:Exposure to abuse, accidents, loss, family violence, or other traumatic events.
Typically 12–20 sessions.
Family involvement is a key component of healing.
